Terms of Sale

Version 3.0 · effective 2026-10-25

Plain English first

The terms

1. Who we are. These terms are between you and Richards Technologies of South West Missouri LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as Hardframe Sites ("we", "us"). Contact: richtechofswmo@gmail.com.

2. What we sell. - (a) Website kits: HTML/CSS templates and related files. - (b) Printables: word art, wall art, cards, stickers, planners, calendars, games, gift tags and kits, as PDF/SVG/PNG/JPG/DXF files. - (c) Free downloads, such as the free sampler. - All are digital downloads. Nothing physical ships. - Our website-setup service is not sold here. It is sold by work order and invoice, under its own written terms.

3. Demo and placeholder content. The businesses shown in our kit demos are fictional. Names, phone numbers, reviews, statistics and license numbers inside a kit are placeholders. Replace them with true information before you publish. You are responsible for every claim on a site you publish.

4. Your license. Each product comes with its license: - Website kits: LICENSE.txt in the kit — one website, for you or one client; no reselling the template. - Printables: the Printables License (/license/, and LICENSE.txt in every download) — personal use; classroom use for games, calendars, the Santa kit and the vision board; no reselling, sharing or uploading the files; no making items to sell. A commercial license is not offered yet. - Free sampler: same rules as the Printables License. - If this page and a license file disagree about how you may use a product, the license file controls. - Fonts keep their own licenses (SIL Open Font License; see CREDITS in a kit).

5. Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. You buy through Lemon Squeezy, which is the seller of record. It processes payment, charges and remits sales tax or VAT, issues receipts, and decides refunds and chargebacks under its Buyer Terms (which, for US buyers, choose Utah law). For payment, tax, refunds and chargebacks, Lemon Squeezy's terms control. For the product license, how you may use the files, and our support, these terms and the license control.

6. Delivery. After payment clears you get a download link and receipt by email. Keep your files. If you lose them, email us and we will re-send what you bought.

7. Refunds. See the Refund Policy (/refunds/). Nothing in it limits rights you have under law.

8. How we make our products. - Our printable layouts are drawn by our own design software; some products also use pictures made with AI image tools on our own computer, each chosen and checked by a person. We use no stock art or clip art from other sellers. We study other designs only for ideas. - Products are made with AI-assisted design tools and checked by a person before release. - Product previews show the real files. Printed colors vary by printer and paper.

9. Acceptable use. Do not use our products for anything unlawful, deceptive or hateful, to infringe someone else's rights, or to misrepresent a business. Do not try to get around a license limit.

10. Our ownership. We keep all rights in our products except the license we give you. Third-party items belong to their owners.

11. Copyright concerns. See our Copyright & Takedown page (/copyright/) or email richtechofswmo@gmail.com.

12. No warranty. Products are provided "as is", except for the fix-or-refund promise in the Refund Policy. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise a site built from a kit will rank, sell, or meet any legal or accessibility standard for your business.

13. Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim about a product is the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This does not limit liability that Missouri or federal law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

14. Email. We do not run an email list yet. If we start one, it will be opt-in only, every email will have a one-click unsubscribe, and the Privacy Policy will say so first.

15. Age. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian buy for you.

16. Governing law and disputes. Missouri law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Missouri hear disputes, unless the law gives you the right to another court. No arbitration clause.

17. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase. We date and keep every version.
