Refund Policy

Plain English first

Check the live demo (kits) or the preview images (printables) before you buy. Downloads cannot be "returned".
Broken, missing, or not what we described? Tell us within 14 days. We will fix it or refund you.
Bought the same thing twice, or the wrong item? Tell us within 48 hours. We refund the extra or swap it.
Changed your mind after downloading? We generally cannot refund, because you keep the files.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.

The policy

Scope. Website kits and printables bought through Hardframe Sites at Lemon Squeezy checkout. Purchases on another marketplace follow that marketplace's rules first.
Faulty or not as described. Within 14 days, if a product will not open, is missing advertised files, or is materially not as described, email richtechofswmo@gmail.com with your order number. We repair or replace it, or refund it if we cannot.
Printer color. Screens and printers show color differently. That is not a defect, but we will help you get a good print.
Duplicate or wrong item. Within 48 hours, we refund a duplicate or swap a wrong item.
Wrong license. If you bought something for a use our license does not allow (for example, to sell items made with it), tell us within 14 days and before you use the files. We will refund you.
Change of mind. When you buy, the download starts right away, so you get the files immediately. After download we generally do not refund a change of mind. We may make exceptions.
Free downloads. No payment, so no refund. If a free file is broken, tell us and we will fix it.
How to ask. Email richtechofswmo@gmail.com. We aim to answer within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid. Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, pays refunds to your original payment method. Under its Buyer Terms, Lemon Squeezy makes the final call on refunds and may also refund an order itself.
Chargebacks. Please contact us first; it is faster. Lemon Squeezy handles chargebacks under its rules.
Your rights. This policy does not limit any right you have under law.
Subscriptions. We sell none.
