• Our store pages collect nothing about you. No cookies, no analytics, no ads, no tracking.
• When you buy, Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) collects your name, email and payment details. We never see your full card number.
• We do not sell or share your information.

The policy

1. Who we are. Richards Technologies of South West Missouri LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as Hardframe Sites. Contact: richtechofswmo@gmail.com.

2. What we collect. - Browsing our store: nothing. Our pages set no cookies and run no analytics or ad scripts. - Our host: Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. Like any web host, it processes request data such as IP address and browser type to do that. We do not use it to track you. - Orders: Lemon Squeezy collects name, email, billing country/address and payment details at checkout. It shares with us your name, email, order details and location (for tax and support). Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy applies to its checkout: https://lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. - Support: what you send us by email.

3. How we use it. To deliver what you bought, help you, handle refunds, keep the records tax law requires, and stop fraud. Nothing else.

4. Cookies and tracking. Our store pages set no cookies and use no tracking tools. Lemon Squeezy's checkout page is run by Lemon Squeezy and may set its own cookies under its policy.

5. Do Not Track. Our pages do not track you, so there is nothing for a browser "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We treat every visitor as if that signal were on.

6. Who we share it with. Lemon Squeezy (payment, delivery, tax); Cloudflare (hosting); our email provider for support mail (Google); and anyone the law requires. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising.

7. Email list (only if we start one). We do not have an email list today. If we start one: you join only by choice; we keep your email (and first name, if you give it) with our email provider; every email names us, is marked as an ad where it is one, has a one-click unsubscribe and our mailing address; and we honor unsubscribes within 10 business days. This policy will be updated before the sign-up form goes live.

8. How long we keep it. Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support email: up to 2 years. Email list (if any): until you unsubscribe; then only a do-not-email entry.

9. Your choices. Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at richtechofswmo@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. Missouri has no general consumer-privacy law today; we give these choices to everyone. Lemon Squeezy handles requests about its checkout data.

10. Security. The site is static files over HTTPS with strict security headers. Payments run on Lemon Squeezy's PCI-compliant systems. No system is perfect. If a breach ever touched personal information we hold, we would follow Missouri's notice law (RSMo 407.1500).

11. Children. Our store is for adults. Some printables (games, the Santa kit) are made for families, and we sell them to parents and teachers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

12. Changes. We post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is important, we say so at the top of this page.
