Our work is original

• Our printable layouts and kit artwork are made by us with our own design software; some printables also use pictures made with AI image tools on our own computer, each chosen and checked by a person. We use no stock art or clip art from other sellers.
• Products are made with AI-assisted design tools and checked by a person before release.
• Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

If you think we used your work

Email richtechofswmo@gmail.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include: 1. Your name, mailing address, phone and email. 2. The work you own (a link or a copy). 3. Exactly where it appears in our product or on our site (product name, page or file). 4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by you, your agent or the law. 5. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the right or may act for the owner. 6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do: we reply within 5 business days, look at the claim honestly, and pull the item from sale while we check if the claim looks valid. If we agree, we remove or fix it and tell you. If we disagree, we explain why.

Please do not send a false notice. Knowingly false claims can create legal liability (17 U.S.C. 512(f)).

If you see our work being misused

If someone is reselling or sharing our files, or selling items made from them, please tell us at richtechofswmo@gmail.com with a link. We may send takedown notices to the site hosting the copy.

Trademarks

Cricut, Silhouette, Lemon Squeezy and other names are trademarks of their owners. We are not connected with them unless we say so.
