The license

1. Who we are

This license is from Richards Technologies of South West Missouri LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, doing business as Hardframe Sites ("we", "us"). We sell through our Hardframe Sites store. Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record: it takes the payment and handles sales tax.

2. What you get

• You get a license to use the files you bought. You do not buy the copyright.
• The license is non-exclusive (others can buy it too) and non-transferable (you cannot pass it on).
• One purchase covers one household. For classroom products, one purchase covers one teacher.
• The license lasts as long as you follow these rules.

3. Personal use (included)

You may: - Print as many copies as you need for your own home, family and gifts. - Use the files on your own phone, tablet or computer, and in your own private apps (for example a planner or notes app, or your own design-app account). - Change colors or sizes, or add names, for your own use. - Have a print shop print copies for you, for your own use. - Use printed games, cards and decorations at a party or event you host.

4. Classroom and teacher use (games, calendars, Santa kit, vision board)

For these products, a teacher may also: - Print copies for their own students. - Show pages on a classroom screen.

But: - Do not give the files to other teachers. Each teacher needs their own copy. - Do not post the files on a school drive, class page, learning platform or website — even a private one. - Games are for free play. Not for events where people pay to play.

5. Cut files (Cricut, Silhouette and other cutters)

• SVG, DXF and other cut files are for your own crafting.
• The same rules apply: no making items to sell, no sharing the files.
• Cricut and Silhouette are trademarks of their owners. We are not connected with them.

6. What is NOT allowed

You may not: 1. Sell, share, give away, lend or upload the files — or edited versions — in whole or in part. This includes shared drives, websites, marketplaces, social media groups and file-sharing sites. 2. Make items to sell. No print-on-demand (Printful, Printify, Redbubble, Etsy POD and similar), no sublimation, no shirts, mugs, tumblers, stickers, cards, signs or prints for sale — handmade or not. 3. Edit and resell. Changing a design does not make it yours to sell or share. 4. Use any part in a logo, trademark, business name or brand. 5. Use the files for AI. No training, fine-tuning or testing of AI or machine-learning tools, and no putting the files in a dataset. 6. Say you made the designs. 7. Use the designs in a way that is unlawful, hateful or misleading.

7. Commercial license (optional, NOT offered yet)

• A commercial license is not offered yet.
• If we offer one later, it will be a separate purchase with its own written terms (for example limits on how many items you may sell).
• Until then, nothing in this license lets you sell anything made with our designs.
• Want one? Email us. We will tell you when it exists. We do not grant one by email.

8. Our original art

• Every layout in our printables is drawn by our own design software. Some products (for example the 2027 calendars) also use pictures made with AI image tools on our own computer; each one was chosen and checked by a person. The product page says when a product has them.
• We use no stock art and no clip art from other sellers.
• We studied other designs and real photos only for ideas (shape, layout, color), the way artists do. Nothing was copied or traced.

9. AI-assisted disclosure

• Made with AI-assisted design tools; checked by a person before release.
• Our design software was written with help from an AI assistant. A person reviews every file before we list it.

10. Fonts

• Our printables use free fonts released under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (for example Fraunces, Bricolage Grotesque, Space Grotesk, DM Serif Display, Andika and Atkinson Hyperlegible).
• The fonts are embedded in the PDFs, which that license allows.
• The font files are not part of this sale. You can get them free from their publishers.

11. Ownership and ending the license

• We keep the copyright and every right not given here.
• If you break these rules, the license ends automatically. You must stop using and delete the files.
• We may take other steps the law allows.

12. Refunds

• See our Refund Policy (REFUND_POLICY_v3.md). Our Terms of Sale also apply.

13. No warranty, and a limit on our responsibility

• The files are provided "as is". Printer colors and paper vary.
• We do not promise the files fit every printer, cutter or app.
• To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any problem is limited to what you paid for the product, and we are not responsible for indirect losses.
• This does not take away rights the law gives you.

14. Copyright concerns

• If you think something in our products uses your work, email us with the details listed in our Terms of Sale (section 11). We will look promptly.

15. Changes to this license

• We may update this license. The version in your download applies to your purchase. We date and keep every version.

16. Governing law

• Missouri law applies. See the Terms of Sale for where disputes are heard.
